SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM MDT or MST will be processed the following business day.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

 
Shipping Rates

  • We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Expedited, and Overnight shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

 
Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

 
Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

 
Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.

 
Shipping Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team at vigilantetreasures@yahoo.com with your order number and details of the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Custom orders can not be returned.
 

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at vigilantetreasures@yahoo.com to initiate a return request.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.

  3. Pack your return item securely and include the RMA number on the package.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at vigilantetreasures@yahoo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Final Sale Items

  • Certain items are marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are clearly identified on our website.
